* Exceptions to the Rules

I would like to say that these numbers are 100% accurate, but they are not. (nothing ever is ..but if you know of something like that .. please send me an email to let me know where I can find it! )   There will always be some margin of error..  Most of the time this will be accurate enough to gauge the range of the HIGH and LOW of the day.  HOWEVER,  whenever there is a natural disaster, acts of terrorism, or government interference with the markets ( e.g. bailouts, interest rate adjustments)  My network cannot predict those effects on the markets… those are the exceptions to the rule here.. But other than that .. I’d like to make a claim on the accuracy,  but cant right now (nor can anyone else on their programs for that matter)  until there is a 3rd party verification on the predicted results.
